- Kargo Teslimat Süresi: Anlaşmalı kargo firmamız vasıtasıyla Türkiye'nin her yerine teslimat yapmaktayız. Kargo şirketlerinin adresinize göre teslimat süresi 1 ila 3 iş günü arasında değişmektedir (Büyük şehirlere genellikle 24-48 saat içinde teslim edilir).

Hangi Durumlarda Birebir Değişim Yapıyoruz?
Müşteri memnuniyeti bizim için her şeyden önemlidir. Siparişinizde firmamızdan kaynaklanan bir üretim veya malzeme hatası olması durumunda, koşulsuz birebir yeni ürün gönderimi sağlıyoruz:
- Hatalı Baskı: Ekran renk ayarları dışındaki belirgin ton farklılıkları, baskıda kayma veya bölünme olması (Sizin tarafınızdan onaylanan tasarımdaki harf/yazım hataları ve düşük çözünürlük kaynaklı sorunlar haricinde),
- Hatalı baskı konusunda teknik bilgi: Bilgisayar renkleri ile ofset matbaa renklerinin yapısı farklıdır.
- Yanlış Malzeme / Ölçü: Sipariş verdiğiniz malzeme türünden veya seçtiğiniz ölçüden farklı bir ürün gönderilmesi,
- Üretim Kusurları: Malzemede yırtık, sökük, dikiş hatası veya eksik aparat bulunması,
- Kargo Hasarı: Ürünün kargo esnasında zarar görmüş olması (Lütfen paketi teslim alırken kargo görevlisinin yanında açarak inceleyiniz. Hasar durumunda mutlaka "Hasar Tespit Tutanağı" tutturunuz; bildiğiniz gibi tutanak bulunmayan kargo hasarı bildirimleri işleme alınamamaktadır).
İade ve Değişim Süreci Nasıl İşler?
Siparişinizde yukarıdaki kusurlardan biri varsa, ürünü teslim aldığınız tarihten itibaren 14 gün içinde kusurlu bölgenin fotoğrafını/videosunu çekerek destek hattımıza veya info@enhizlibaski.com adresimize iletebilirsiniz.
İnceleme sonrası hatalı olduğu teyit edilen ürünler ücretsiz kargo ile sizden geri alınır ve yenisi en kısa sürede üretilerek adresinize gönderilir.
Kişiye Özel Ürünlerde İade ve Cayma Hakkı
Sitemizde sunulan ürünler, yüklediğiniz tasarıma, seçtiğiniz ölçü ve malzeme kriterlerine göre tamamen size özel olarak üretilmektedir.
6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun uyarınca; tüketicinin istekleri veya kişisel ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda hazırlanan (özel baskılı, logolu, kişiye özel tasarımlı) ürünlerde keyfi olarak vazgeçme, cayma ve iade hakkı bulunmamaktadır.
Bu nedenle "tasarımdan sıkılma", "ölçüyü yanlış seçme", "yazım hatasını sonradan fark etme" veya "etkinliğin iptal olması" gibi nedenlerle iade veya değişim yapılamamaktadır.
